The receptionist, Mia, was very pleasant and friendly.
The price and friendly staff. The rooms were a comfortable temperature.
The rooms had a musty, urine type smell to them. It also smelled like cigerette smoke in the hallways of the hotel. Also, the hallway carpet looked like it hadnt had a deep clean in ages.
They had not received our reservation through you and they double charged my daughter for the room and also charged her a $60 service charge and told her they could not refund her for 6-8 weeks. Not acceptable. They said you fax the reservation to them but their fax machine was down. Not very professional. Anyway I used my aaa card and got a better rate than you gave me.
The appears of the hotel, the clean rooms & the breakfast was very good.
the rooms was a little smaller than most hotel rooms
The price was selling feature.
Carpet was real dirty in the lobby and hallway. Rooms were small although adequate. Breakfast hours were too short especially for a holiday weekend.
Horrible stay. Literally no sleep at the sleep inn. Noisy, can hear people clearly talking below you and next to you. Can hear when people even go to the restroom. Bed was very uncomfortable and sunk in.Room is super small, standing room only. Would not stay here again.
It was clean first time I stayed in hotel that did not have mold in bathroom the staff was great only draw back was pool was very shallow if I had children I would have worried if they jumped in as that is what kids do
Clean, comfortable, up to date, plenty of towels. Close to golf courses. And food.
A little door slamming at night. Remote did not work to well.
It smell and the rooms were not cleaned properly
It was clean & comfortable. The location was great for what we were doing, in close proximity to many places.
Not enough staff. Desk was often unattended due to the lack of staff.
The price for a room and close to interstate highway.
Difficult to find- we missed the sign- it was hidden behind trees, We were coming from the east. The desk manager was on the phone making personal calls when guests came to check in. No printer available.
Price. Some of the decor was modern. When I first walked into the room, I was impressed. Nice tv.
No elevator. Taxi wouldnt take us downtown due to location. Microwave and fridge were from 1970s. Toiletries did not include conditioner (shampoo was not a "conditioning shampoo"), left hair feeling destroyed. Bathroom door was a pocket door.
Good continental breakfast
Room tight for space when travelling with 2 big cases and nowhere to put them
Good value for your money. Clean room and friendly staff. Great location can walk to restaurants and shuttle to Savannah. Breakfast was very good for a continental type breakfast. Would recommend to others,
The staff was friendly and the hotel was comfortable.
It was too far away from the event we were attending. Actually it was too far from the Savannah social scene
